Tsao, RPh, MBA - Regional Director of Pharmacy |
| Allan received his
Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of
Pharmacy. Allan then went on to get his MBA in operations
management Texas McCombs Schools of Business. His additional
qualifications include: certified Aseptic Technique and IV
preparation as well as a certified compounding pharmacist. His
vast range of experience makes Allan indispensable to the CCG
Clinical Team. As Regional Director of Pharmacy, Allan provides
guidance, feedback and leadership to the pharmacy and nursing
personnel as well as other healthcare professionals. He
implements educational programs for staff, home health agencies
and physicians, such as speaking about his passion; Total
Parenteral Nutrition. Additionally, Allan is implementing the
new requirements for USP 797. As Corinthian Care Group’s TPN
guru, Allan provides information and advice to physicians
regarding appropriate formulation of TPN. |

| Lisa Ann Dowd, RN, CVRN – Director of Clinical Excellence |
We are so proud to have Lisa on our nursing team. Her clinical dedication and achievements are remarkable. She graduated from Northeastern University , Boston , MA , with her B.S. in Nursing. She also served 13 years in the U.S. Army with an Honorable Discharge as Cpt. US Army Nurse Corps. She served in Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield, receiving numerous awards and medals from her military service. Her critical care knowledge and experience includes: US Army Burn Unit certification, SICU/MICU, NICU, NCCU, Education Officer, IABP certification/provider, chemotherapy administration certification / provider, lactation consultant certification/provider/instructor and more. She is a fountain of clinical information for all our referral sources and patients. |

| Rachel has an extensive background in medical billing and collections. She has worked strictly in the Home Infusion Industry for the past two years. She is the mother of seven children. Her volunteer time is spent with the Catholic Youth Organization. |

| Regina Weir- Sales Manager |
| Regina has over 9 years experience in both HMO sales and Homecare sales focusing on Home Infusion Therapy for the last 3 years. She has been instrumental in developing CCG’s managed care market. She serves on various Case Management Society of South Texas Committees, KLRN Women’s Health Committee, and is active with the American Cancer Society and National Kidney Foundation. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 sons and husband. |

| Paula Eifert, LVN Clinical Coordinator |
| Paula is one of the newer members to our clinical team. She brings to us eleven years of experience in MICU, Med/Surge, Pediatrics, and clinical coordination. She has also had extensive experience with independent MHMR care facilities in San Antonio. Paula is our patient’s and referral source’s first contact. She is responsible for making the referral process go smoothly for all involved. |

Having earned her BS in Pharmacy with honors from the University of Houston , Sharon has gone on to acquire a formidable fund of experience that includes hospital, IV infusion, home care, teaching, management, retail in chain and independent settings, compounding, and ownership. Her work ethic, ability to apply ongoing career experiences and communication skills are her greatest strengths. She considers it a privilege to be of service to others as a pharmacist/resource. |

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Houston . Lisa brings an extensive clinical and management background to CCG . She has clinical experience in Hospital, Home Infusion, Nursing Home consulting and compounding pharmacies. Some of her other fortes are: Drug Utilization Review Research, Supportive personnel training, Preceptor for clinical Rotation, Nursing clinical intervention, Proactive Patient Management, Inventory and Purchasing, Contractual Negotiations, Investigational drug protocols. Lisa is a sure bet for her excellent clinical monitoring, overseeing daily pharmacy operations, and her compassion for her patients. |

Del has recently joined our CCG pharmacy team. He comes to us with a great deal of experience in pharmacy, and management. His desire to do the right thing for his patients, and everyone with whom he interacts is very apparent. Del received his degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and then became certified in IV Sterile Products and Compounding. He serves as a great resource to our physicians, patients and home health agencies. |

Mike is a certified pharmacy technician who has been in Home Infusion for over 15 years. He is IV sterile products certified and is the Senior Pharmacy Technician responsible for training new technicians. Some of Mike's other duties include inventory control, implementing contracts and cost control. |

| Richard Martinez, Jr., CPhT |
Another strong clinical contributor to the pharmacy is Richard. Early on, he was a Senior Airman with the United States Air Force and served with the Texas Air National Guard. Richard then pursued a career as a pharmacy technician. His experience has included retail, hospital and home infusion pharmacies. He brings tremendous organizational skills, attention to detail as well as his compounding capabilities to our clinical team. |

| Esther is a certified pharmacy technician who joined Corinthian Care Group in December 2005. She has 21 years of experience working in a local hospital, and has six years of experience with Home Infusion. In her spare time, she enjoys taking trips and spending time with her three children and seven grandchildren. |

| Lisa Hempel, RN |
After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UTHSCA in San Antonio , Lisa went on to get PICC line certified. She has worked at a local hospital in the transplant and cardiac unit prior to joining Corinthian's clinicians. In our infusion suite, she coordinates patient care including initial patient assessments, clinical intervention and on-going coordination of care with pharmacy and the physician. She performs follow up documentation on our home infusion patients as well. |

| Julie Perez, RN |
Julie has been with the Corinthian Team since August of 2003. She has experience in many different areas of nursing including ICU, telemetry, med/surg, and IV administration. She has been a nurse for over 20 years. She also serves our country as an Active Duty Military Reservist. She provides the tender touch and special know-how for our IV patients that require care in the infusion suite. She assists with monitoring of clinical information on active home patients as well. She brings a wealth of experience to the Corinthian Team. |

Tammy received her nursing degree from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi , Texas . She has been with the Corinthian Team since January 2005. She has worked in the hospital, home health, and infusion settings. She has extensive IV skills in adult and pediatric care. Her proficiency and understanding with medications that require closer monitoring is what makes her so valuable to our infusion suite patients. |

Vicki is a recent addition to our clinical staff. She has extensive nursing experience in critical care ICU, transplant units, surgery, trauma, chemotherapy administration, and cardiac care. Some of her past positions have included the Cancer Treatment Centers of America and 11 years at Tulsa Regional Medical Center Her calm demeanor and confidence puts our patients in the AIC at ease immediately. |

| Ginger Dowell, RN, BSN – Clinical Liaison and Account Manager |
Ginger received her BSN from UT Medical Branch in Galveston in 1996, and is ACLS and PICC line certified. Before bringing her positive attitude and wide array of knowledge to CCG , Ginger worked in an ICU for six years. Some of Ginger's duties include coordinating the care in the Ambulatory Infusion Suites, training new clinical personnel, and assessing our home-bound patients from the hospital with a visit and an introduction to their caregivers. |

| Jozett Kayser-Erfuth, RN, CCTN – Ambulatory Infusion Suite Clinician and Liaison |
Another clinical blessing for our nursing team is Jozett. She received her nursing education from Institute of Health Baptist Nursing School in San Antonio . Her love of Critical Care experience includes: PACU, transplant ICU, telemetry, and trauma. She is ACLS certified and a CPR instructor. She is comfortable caring for adult and pediatric patients. Jozett has been instrumental with patient and family education to meet the physical, cultural, age and developmental needs of each patient situation. She provides care for our infusion suite patients as well as assist hospital patients prior to discharge to ensure a smooth transition to home. |

Kellee graduated with her ADN from Ventura Community College . She is ACLS / BCLS certified. Kellee is a member of AACN as well as International Transplant Nurse Society. Her love for critical care includes SICU, MICU, Heart, Kidney, Pancreas, Liver and Lung transplants, Pre and post CABG, thoracotomies and trauma, With her extensive clinical experience in critical care, she is a tremendous asset to our infusion suite clinicians. She is happy to work with our pediatric as well as our adult patients. Her calm demeanor comforts all her patients and families. |

| Vanessa Brown, Account Executive |
Vanessa is a Certified Pharmacy Technician who has more than 10 years experience in IV/Home Health Pharmacy and Pharmacy Supervision as well as Hospital Pharmacy, Compounding, Hospice, and retail. She came to the Corinthian Family in November 2004 as a Pharmacy Tech. She went on to become our warehouse manager and has recently accepted the position of Clinical Coordinator. With Vanessa's innate ability to commit to memory patient particulars and on-going communications with the patients, she is the obvious choice to lead our weekly case conference. Vanessa is currently attending school to pursue a Pharm D degree. |

Anne has been in the Home Care Industry in both sales and management for 14 years. She is a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist by background. She has worked extensively with physicians, managed care organizations and has implemented several Physician office based infusion programs. She has served on numerous Committees and Boards in the San Antonio Area including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Crohns and Colitis Foundation, American Cancer Society and Cancer Center Council for CTRC. She enjoys being with her 2 kids, husband and horses.

| Jolin McCleskey has been in the infusion industry since 1988. She has extensive experience marketing infusion services to physicians, managed care organizations and hospitals. She has been involved in several successful start-up infusion organizations in the DFW area as well as implementation of Physician Ambulatory Infusion Centers. Jolin has owned and managed 2 other companies outside of the infusion arena. She is the mother of 2 wonderful teenage sons that help keep her management skills sharp. |

| Bucky received his BSN from the University of Central Arkansas. Since graduation, Bucky has accumulated a huge fund of clinical knowledge and skills. His range of experience has covered chemotherapy, bone marrow transplant, research study coordinator, HIV, Pediatrics, Trauma as well as a number of management positions. As the top sales representative for ZLB Behring, Bucky was responsible for sales and national sales training for IVIG. Bucky is currently responsible for the quality assurance/quality improvement and compliance program, as well as technology and bio-pharma training. |

| Anna Blevins , RN – Corporate Nurse Director |
Anna received her nursing degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville , Texas . She has worked in both the hospital and home infusion settings for many years. Her areas of experience include: cardiac, med-surg, orthopedics, epidural pain management, chemotherapy, neurology, infectious disease and wound care. Her duties as Corporate Nurse Director include: the training of administration and management of IV medications, central and peripheral venous catheters, implanted ports, PICC lines and midlines. She also monitors ACHC compliance, patient care coordination, interdisciplinary clinical meetings, the development of new policies and procedures, and ongoing nursing education for all nursing staff. |

| Laura, the latest
addition to the Corinthian staff, joins us as a billing
specialist with more than four years of experience in the
Infusion industry. Along with her billing experience, Laura has
worked as a pharmacy technician for 12 years, and has performed
in the Coordination role. Her time away from work is largely
spent being the team mom for her two son's many sports teams. |

Lettie Medcalf, RN, CCM - After hours Clinical Case Manager |
Lettie brings almost 10 years of case management experience to CCG . She has worked for Zurich North America, Humana Health Plans and Case Pro. She also has experience with Worker's Comp. Lettie coordinates patient care and supplies, discusses the patient's treatment plan, progress and any questions they may have. She is very attuned to quality patient care and strives to make every patient call a positive experience for everyone involved. |

Althea Bradley, MPH , RD, LD -Registered Dietician |
With Althea on board to round out the clinical team, CCG has an incredible dietician with practical experience in hospital, community, food service and primary care environments. Her experience ranges from HIV/AIDS, Diabetes, Cardiology, Obesity to Cancer nutrition support. She provides assessment, counseling, education regarding diet, drug-nutrient interaction, supplementation information, documentation with care plan for diagnosis and intervention, and initiation/monitoring of enteral and parenteral nutrition support. She works closely with the patient, physician and case managers to ensure the optimal nutritional outcome for her patients. |
